Send a deposit of 150,000 Yen (or equivalent US$)
The amount of the deposit may be more if you are buying high value cars or buying in quantity.

Send confirmation of receipt of funds and bidding procedure instructions
You will choose which cars you want to bid on and send bids through our website.

We
Inspect cars and bid on those of sufficient quality
We do not bid on cars of insufficinet quality and reject over 50% of cars we look at. The inspection is based upon the official auction inspection sheet.

Send bid results

Upon successful bid send funds in 3 working days
This will usually include sea freight, although for a few countries sea freight can be paid on arrival.

Arrange shipping
We will notify you as soon as shipping arrangements are made. The length of time depends entirely on the shipping line.

Send documents by courier

We will send a tracking number to you by email.

Notified by shipping company agent of arrival of vehicle
You may wish to use an agent in your own country for collecting the car and customs clearance etc. We can usually recommend one if you do not know of one.
